September 13th: Gluten Gladiator Dinner

Local author, Brian Gansmann, will co-host a gluten free dinner at WaterCourse Foods on September 13th at 6pm.  There will be a variety of specials on the menu for those with Celiac disease or even those without gluten issues.  Mr. Gansmann (a.k.a. “The Gluten Gladiator”) will also be reading excerpts from his new book Defeat Wheat that will launch later in September. Reservations recommended.

New Planet Brewery will be providing samples of their gluten free beers while supplies last.
